Allant achieved scores of 4.4 out of 5.0 in the data management and prep category, which is a weighted average of its scores in the data enrichment, data sources and types, and data wrangling and proprietary customer data frameworks criteria, highlighting, in our opinion, Allant’s capabilities to manage the complexities of the underlying data to optimize analytic data sets. According to Forrester, Allant “boasts a strong data engineering team that leverages proprietary tools such as Identity Resolution Services to prepare the data for analysis. This frees up the data science team to focus on building better models and accelerates time to value for its clients.”

Allant achieved a score of 4.0 out of 5.0 in the Customer Acquisition criterion, which is based on a provider having “demonstrated core competency in helping clients acquire new customers using lookalike modeling, behavioral segmentation, customer lifetime value analysis, and other techniques” and having productized accelerators for at least one of the customer analytics techniques associated with the application.” In addition, Forrester’s score in the Services Vision category reflects Allant’s “strong vision focused on helping enterprises improve customer understanding and business performance with the use of customer analytics.” Forrester began its evaluation process with a list of more than 50 companies that provide customer analytics services and selected the top vendors within the Customer Analytics Service Providers market to evaluate in-depth. The research assessed the strengths and weaknesses of the top Customer Analytics Service Providers across 33 criteria. Forrester used the data gathered during the evaluation, including answers to the vendor questionnaire, executive briefings, and customer references, to score each criterion against a consistent scale for all service providers.
