Elana Anderson, Chair
Elana Anderson is an accomplished marketing and product executive with an extensive background in the B2B SaaS industry. Formerly, she was the founding leader of the marketing practice at Forrester Research where her contributions as an analyst positioned her as a leading authority in customer analytics, relationship marketing strategy, and the transformative potential of technology on the marketing organization. Elana’s deep understanding of the intricate connection between product and go-to-market strategy equips her with a unique skill set and a distinctive viewpoint that she brings to the forefront in the B2B boardroom.
Currently, Elana serves as an advisor and independent board director for growth stage companies, leveraging her expertise to drive strategic growth and success. In her prior roles, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Veracode (acquired by TA Associates), Vidyo (acquired by EngHouse), and Demandware (Nasdaq: DWRE, acquired by Salesforce). She also held the position of Vice President of Products at Unica (Nasdaq: UNCA, acquired by IBM), Vice President of Customer Operations at WebDialogs (acquired by IBM), and served as the Research Director of the marketing practice at Forrester Research. Early in her career, Elana distinguished herself as a consultant at Tessera Enterprise Systems and Accenture, laying the foundation for her impactful journey in the industry.

Tim Suther
Mr. Suther brings over three decades of experience maximizing value through data, analytics, and technology transformation to his roles on Allant’s Board of Directors, as well as its Product Technology Review Board. Currently, as founder of Suther Strategic LLC, he advises numerous firms on driving enterprise value through data, improving commercial analytics maturity, accelerating product innovation, sharpening customer/market narratives, and improving customer/employee satisfaction. Mr. Suther’s notable strategy and operating strengths most recently led Change Healthcare’s Data Solutions business, and its subsequent multi-billion-dollar sale and integration, into Optum Insight, part of UnitedHealth Group.
Previous roles included Managing Director (JPMorgan Intelligent Solutions), Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer (Acxiom), Senior Vice President (Metavante), President (Protagona Worldwide), and a variety of roles at Unisys.
Mr. Suther is a steering committee member of the Coalition for Health AI, a founding member & steering committee member of the COVID Research Database, a Health Evolution industry advisor on health equity, a Nashville Healthcare Council Fellow and a member of the former McKinsey Advanced Data & Analytics Roundtable. He is vice chairman of the Loras College Board of Regents. He was previously named a Top Rank Chief Marketing Officer.

Edward F. (Ted) West
Mr. West has been an entrepreneur and pioneer in digital performance marketing and media for more than 30 years, leading and building companies since the start of on-line banner and search advertising, and in the subsequent growth of the adtech and martech industries.
Today, Mr. West is an active advisor, venture investor and director for innovative B2B SaaS technology and marketing data analytics companies. As an advisor to founders and boards, he drives successful growth and profitability results through strategic management, marketing innovation, sales process development, business and corporate development, executive team building, strategic fundraising, and strategic M&A.
Since 2004, Mr. West has advised and invested in several portfolio start-ups including Memetrics (digital marketing optimization, sold to Accenture Digital), GetMeIn (online ticket sales, sold to Ticketmaster), Giving Assistant (e-commerce couponing platform for social good), Cleanshelf (SaaS platform for efficient enterprise use of SaaS products, sold to LeanIX), iDentalSoft (vertical SaaS practice management platform), CYTK (universal mobile search for automotive repair technicians), Switchboard (marketing data optimization platform for digital media and marketers), and Landingi (martech platform for websites/landing pages).
Previously, Mr. West was Founder and CEO of CATALYST (consumer information search services, sold to AT&T), Network 1.0 (the pioneering digital banner advertising network, sold to SOFTBANK Capital), and RealNames (global internet addressing and paid search network, sold to Microsoft). Mr. West served as Chair and Interim CEO of LookSmart (search advertising, NASDAQ-listed), as a founding director of the Internet Advertising Bureau, and as a senior executive and general manager of the Yellow Pages business, the “original” performance marketing medium, at Pacific Telesis/AT&T.
Mr. West received his AB in architecture and urban planning at Princeton University, magna cum laude, and his MBA in general management at the Harvard Business School.

Michael D. Fisher, Allant CEO
Michael D. Fisher, Ed.D. brings over 25 years of martech and data solutions experience, as well as organizational transformation through research, education, and revenue growth. He specializes in helping companies build collaborative, connected, cohesive cultures, with a commitment to personal and professional development and success. Disciplines include: progressive leadership and decision making, responsive data and analytics, nimble sales effectiveness, and agile customer data and business intelligence technology assessments. Additionally, Michael is on the Board of Directors of ExactCustomer, a performance-based customer acquisition firm, as well as TheCustomer, an online publication focusing on the news, technologies, and people driving the customer revolution.
As a pioneer in relationship marketing, Michael’s reputation of relentlessly pursuing client satisfaction and discernable results has led him to achieve senior leadership roles with 3radical, FLIT Consulting, Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Alterian, Epsilon, DoubleClick (formerly Protagona Worldwide), and Unisys Corporation.

Keith Scheer, Allant SVP Product & Innovation
Mr. Scheer has had a successful career building products and supporting teams in the marketing technology space, shipping data, campaign, and analytics management platforms generating more than a billion dollars in revenue. Mr. Scheer has directly innovated solutions for Alterian, Experian, InfoGroup (now Data Axle), Acxiom, SDL, Merkle, Epsilon and numerous others.
